SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on All Orders
xDollz offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email at info@xdollz.store once your order has been processed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at usps.com.

Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the system.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the United States only
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time
• We do not offer international shipping at this time

Lost or Stolen Packages
xDollz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is lost in transit please contact us at info@xdollz.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. xDollz is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address please contact us immediately at info@xdollz.store before your order is processed.

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or your package arrives with missing items please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@xdollz.store with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item or package
• Description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
